our clients when the opportunity arises. Chase has ongoing recruiting

contingency basis, which means that there is no charge to our client
unless the candidate we provide is the BEST one for the job and they are
hired. Then our fee is a percentage of annual salary and has a 90-day
guarantee.

opportunities. We then can match these candidates when clients need
skilled people on short notice.
