Our Professional Placement/Executive Recruitment division specializes
in identifying top accounting and finance talent and providing them to
our clients when the opportunity arises. Chase has ongoing recruiting
and networking programs to identify top candidates who are working but
might be open to a move if the right opportunity comes up. We work on a
contingency basis, which means that there is no charge to our client
unless the candidate we provide is the BEST one for the job and they are
hired. Then our fee is a percentage of annual salary and has a 90-day
guarantee.
Our Temporary division has an ongoing recruiting program to identify
skilled candidates who are available immediately and looking for good
opportunities. We then can match these candidates when clients need
skilled people on short notice.
