Health Care Coverage
Associates of CHASE Staffing Services are immediately eligible to
participate in our exceptional health care coverage! If you elect to enroll
in this plan, coverage begins the Monday following your first payroll
deduction.
Paid Vacation
Our associates can earn one week's paid vacation (equivalent to 40 hours)
after having worked the required 1500 regular hours (overtime excluded) in a
one-year period. To qualify, you must be currently working on, or finishing,
an assignment through CHASE
Paid Holidays
CHASE Staffing Services pays for six (6) major holidays (New Year's Day,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas
Day). To qualify, associates must have worked 1500 regular hours during the
previous year. The associate must also work the day before and the day after
the holiday in order to qualify.
Directo Paycard Program
You can have your paychecks directly deposited into your own FDIC-insured
account through the use of our convenient Directo Paycard system. The
Directo Paycard is a "checkless" Checking account which you can open through
CHASE Staffing, with no credit check. All of your paychecks will be
deposited into your new account and you will carry a "debit card" that you
can use to withdraw your entire paycheck, a portion of your paycheck or make
transactions at grocery stores, etc. This means no more check-cashing fees
or leaving work to pick up your paycheck.
Payrolled Employees
Associates referred to us by our client companies to be processed on CHASE
Staffing Services' payroll (at a lower rate to the company) do not
accumulate paid vacation or holidays unless the client company pays for
them.
Referral Bonus
Associates can earn a cash bonus by referring an applicant who subsequently
completes at least forty (40) hours of work with CHASE Staffing Services.
