Onsite Management for client companies who use 50 or more
temporary associates on a regular basis. As part of our service we provide
an Onsite Manager who acts as an HR person at your location. Among the duties
this person can perform are recruiting, new employee orientations, employee
counseling, employee terminations, and participation in safety meetings. We
can also provide a timeclock which keeps track of employee hours plus
provides various reports that help client executives to keep better track of
their usage, turnover, etc.
Temp - To - Hire Placement. A program to hire someone to your
staff while trying them out for a specified period. Works well with currently
unemployed people who want full-time jobs.
Direct Hire Placement. The direct-hire placement position
allows you to hire one of our employees on a contingency fee basis. We will
recruit, screen, and interview the employee before he/she is sent to your
company. The employee will then start immediately on your company's payroll.
Temporary Placement. We work with companies who have large
needs for 50 - 200 people for their busy seasons to smaller firms who need
fill-in people for medical or vacation leave.
